This Privacy Policy explains how RudCorp Studios ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the website rudcorp.studio and our internal content-publishing tooling used to operate the official social media presence of the musical artist Rudhron.

Who this is for

RudCorp Studios is an independent music label. Our publishing tool is a private, single-operator system used only by RudCorp Studios to manage and publish our own original content to our own social media accounts. It is not offered to, and cannot be signed into by, the general public.

Information we access and use

• Our own social accounts (via official APIs): With authorization from the account owner, we connect to accounts we control on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, X (Twitter), and TikTok using each platform's official API. We use this access solely to publish our own posts, reels, and videos and to read basic analytics of our own posts (e.g., reach, likes, saves) and the connected account's basic profile (such as account id and username) to confirm the correct account is linked.
• Access tokens: The API access tokens for our own accounts are kept in encrypted, access-controlled storage and used only to perform the publishing actions above. They are never sold, shared, or used to access any other person's account.
• Website visitors: rudcorp.studio is a static informational site. We do not require accounts or logins, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking. Our website is served through a third-party hosting and content-delivery provider, which may process standard technical logs (such as IP address and request metadata) for security and reliability.
• Contact: If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.

What we do NOT do

• We do not collect, store, or process data belonging to other platform users.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not use platform data for advertising profiling or any purpose beyond operating our own accounts.

How platform data is used

Data obtained through platform APIs is used only to: (1) publish our own content (including as drafts for human review before posting), (2) measure the performance of our own posts to improve our content, and (3) confirm the connected account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Likewise we follow the developer policies of Meta, TikTok, and X.

Data retention

Access tokens are retained while the integration is active and removed when an account is disconnected or the integration is decommissioned. Post-history and analytics we generate about our own content are retained only as long as useful for managing our channels.

Your choices & deletion

Because we process only our own accounts' data, the account owner can revoke our access at any time from the relevant platform's app/connection settings, which immediately stops our access. To request deletion of any information you believe we hold, email info@rudcorp.studio and we will respond promptly.

Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect the limited information we handle, including encryption in transit and at rest and access limited to what is necessary to operate our own channels. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
